Patient Reporting of Quality of Care and Safety Issues

Knox County Hospital encourages any individual (patient, family members, etc.) who have any concerns regarding patient care, treatment, services and patient safety to contact the administration at Knox County Hospital. The following employees in administration should be contacted at 606-546-4175:

If at any time, the individual feels that Knox County Hospital administration has not addressed and/or resolved their concerns, they are encouraged to contact the Joint Commission. The individual may contact the Joint Commission's office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about Knox County Hospital by either calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jointcommission.org.
